We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or near new.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Custom Products
Custom-made products, including personalised graduation stoles and sashes, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. We are unable to accept returns where:- the wrong colour or design was selected
- incorrect spelling or information was provided when ordering
- the customer no longer requires the item
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.Where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, store credit or full refund and, where required, cover the cost of return shipping.
