Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or near new. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Custom Products
Custom-made products, including personalised graduation stoles and sashes, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
We are unable to accept returns where:

the wrong size, colour or design was selected

incorrect spelling or information was provided when ordering

the customer no longer requires the item
However, if a custom product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, store credit or full refund and, where required, cover the cost of return shipping.
Sash & Gown provides a prepaid return label at no cost if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products, we may accept returns within 30 days provided the item is unused and in near-new condition.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
